Format Guide

The Gauntlet

A weekly band-based league where players compete against opponents of similar skill. Earn points each week, chase sprint stage titles, and battle to be crowned Gauntlet Champion.

Register & Get Banded

Players register with their 3-dart average. You are placed into an average band (e.g. 20–25, 25–30) so you compete against players of a similar skill level.

Weekly Fixtures

Each week, the system generates fixtures pairing you against a player in your band you haven't faced yet. Results are submitted in the app after each game.

Points & Standings

Win a match and earn points equal to the legs you won. Your overall standing is ranked by total points, then leg difference, then average.

Sprint Stages

The season is split into 2-week sprint stages. Sprint points reset each stage, giving every player a fresh chance to compete for the stage title.

Live Average Tracking

Your live average updates after every match based on a rolling window of your last 5 games — so your form is always reflected in real time.

Season Champion

The player with the most points at the end of all weeks is crowned The Gauntlet Champion. Stage winners are also recognised throughout the season.

Leg difference (legs for minus legs against) is the first tiebreaker

Live average (last 5 matches) is the final tiebreaker

Sprint points reset every 2 weeks for stage competitions
